WHAT TO KNOW 2025

• Friday and Saturday will be at the Host Hotel once again.

• Hemi Hideout returns to LSMF WKND. Please RSVP.

• A racing option on is available on Friday night.

• Registration for the Roundup Car Show is in advance and online. NO EVENT DAY REGISTRATION. Registration is closed.

• All participants in the Roundup Car Show will be parked together and by their class.

• We have a new store where owners can order official LSMF designs and have them shipped ahead of event weekend.

Excited to have this return on Friday, October 10. 

We're asking for attendees to RSVP so we can provide the HH a headcount.

ON SHOW DAY:

1. Hotel guest car show participants will be staged for parking beginning 8:15am.

2. Gates open for non-hotel guest car show entries at 9:00am.

3. Car show entries will be parked together and by class.

4. Once you're parked, walk over to EVENT HQ to verify your registration information and dash number.

5. Place the dash number on your windshield so it's visible to judges.

6. Judges may contact you by phone to meet them at your vehicle for a Q&A.

7. Winners will be notified by text. Awards at 3:00pm.

We know that clubs would like to park together. Rule of thumb is, arrive together, park together. 

For those staying at the Host Hotel, that's an advantage as you're already at the event site.

Please be mindful that LSMF staff will be laying out the CAR SHOW area on Saturday morning. Vehicles entered in the show will be asked to relocate. Owners may be asked to relocate within the lot so we can keep classes together.

Head inside the host hotel for a tailgate themed lunch buffet. Enjoy a bit of AC while you dine, or, to-go containers will be available to dine outside.

We've introduced our new store where you can select what you want and we'll ship it out. The days of waiting for LSMF WKND are over.

Visit our online store. Your gear, your way, sent to your door. Orders typically take 7 days to reach you.

The convenience of being "all in one place" is hard to beat. 

Non-Hotel guests have full access to the amenities of the Host Hotel (lobby, seating, restaurant, water closet, etc). 

Coolers are permitted; grills, open flames, and smokers are prohibited. 

We will have a game-day menu available for on-site eats so no need to leave or Uber-Door-Grub.

Please keep any spirited beverages in a traditional SOLO-type cup or tumbler 🙈.

If you plan to set up a canopy, tent, etc, please be sure it's weighted/secured to be respectful of people and vehicles around you.

Mobile Detailer will be on-site THURSDAY and FRIDAY. Contact them directly to schedule.
